Attitude is Everything:
Tell yourself that you have prepared and know your stuff. Remind yourself that you can do this and focus on questions that you know you got correct
Visualize yourself in your favorite place:
If you are becoming nervous or upset, take a couple of seconds to close your eyes and imagine yourself doing something you love or being somewhere you love
End is in sight:
Remind yourself that the test will not go on forever and you will make it to the end and the anxiety will subside.
